Sandifer honored by South Carolina Funeral Directors Association
Rep. Bill Sandifer was recently recognized by the South Carolina Funeral Directors Association (SCFDA) for his dedicated service to South Carolina. The award, which recognized Sandifer’s recent election as Chairman of the House Labor, Commerce, and Industry Committee, was presented on Tuesday, Feb. 3 at the organization’s 22nd Annual Mid-Winter Conference & Expo. Sandifer was past president of SCFDA, serving in 1986-87.

In recognition of your dedicated service to the citizens of South Carolina and your exemplary leadership as repeatedly demonstrated in the South Carolina House of Representatives and to commemorate your notable election as the first funeral service professional to serve in the capacity of Chairman of the House Labor, Commerce and Industry Committee in the history of the South Carolina Funeral Directors Association and the South Carolina General Assembly.
